Animal Source Amino Acid 45% Fertilizer

Animal Source Amino Acid 45% Fertilizer

Product Description

Animal-Source Amino Acid 45% also referred to as animal-derived compound amino acid powder, is manufactured through acid hydrolysis of animal feathers (primarily duck, chicken, and goose feathers). The resulting free amino acids are in a form that plants can absorb directly without further breakdown.

It combines the benefits of both organic nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen, making it a versatile nitrogen source.

Primary Applications

  • Serves as the core raw material for producing amino acid-based foliar fertilizers.
  • Can be applied directly as:
    • Flush (irrigation) fertilizer
    • Base (soil-applied) fertilizer

This formulation provides a reliable, high-concentration amino acid product suitable for integration into various fertilizer programs, particularly where rapid plant uptake of amino acids and nitrogen is required.

  • Plant source: 30%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 70%, 80%

Main Functions

This formulation provides the following practical benefits to crops:

  1. Promotion of Photosynthesis Amino acids increase chlorophyll content in leaves, resulting in more active and efficient photosynthesis.
  2. Superior Nutrient Efficiency A balanced mixture of multiple amino acids delivers higher fertilizer efficiency compared to an equivalent amount of a single amino acid or the same quantity of inorganic nitrogen fertilizer.
  3. Rapid Uptake and Visible Results Plants can absorb these amino acids directly through leaves, roots, or other organs via passive and osmotic mechanisms. Effects are typically noticeable shortly after application. The product also supports earlier crop maturity and shortens the overall growth cycle.
  4. Improvement in Crop Quality Application leads to measurable quality enhancements, including:
    • Increased protein content in grains (commonly around 3%);
    • Improved fiber length and quality in cotton;
    • Better taste and reduced crude fiber in vegetables;
    • Longer flowering period, brighter colors, and stronger fragrance in flowers;
    • Higher sugar content, greater edible portion, and improved storage life in fruits and melons.
  5. Soil and Environmental Benefits The product leaves no harmful residues in the soil. Regular use improves soil physical and chemical properties, enhances fertility, water retention, and aeration, and contributes to long-term soil conditioning and structure improvement.
  6. Enhanced Plant Resilience Absorption of amino acids strengthens physiological and biochemical processes in the plant. Crops exhibit improved vitality, earlier maturity, and greater tolerance to adverse conditions such as cold, drought, dry-hot winds, diseases, pests, and lodging. These effects support more consistent and higher yields.
  7. Stronger Root Development Amino acids actively stimulate root growth, resulting in faster root expansion, more secondary roots, increased root density, and greater overall root length. This significantly improves the plant’s capacity to absorb water and nutrients from the soil.

Suitable Crops All agricultural crops.

Recommended Application Rates and Methods

  • Root irrigation (drenching): Dilute at 1:500 with water.
  • Foliar spraying: Dilute at 1:1000 with water.
  • Base fertilizer: 20–25 kg per 665 m² (approximately 1 mu).
  • Foliar fertilizer: 8–10 kg per 665 m².
  • Compatible with most pesticides; mixing often produces a synergistic effect.
  • Optimal spraying times: before 10:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. to minimize evaporation and leaf burn under strong sunlight.
  • If rain occurs within 2 hours after foliar application, reapply as necessary.
  • During the crop growth cycle, repeat applications according to plant nutrient requirements and growing stage.

This amino acid powder serves as an effective supplement for improving plant vigor, quality, and stress tolerance while supporting sustainable soil management. Application rates should be adjusted based on local soil conditions, crop type, and growth phase for best results.
