Product overview

Feed-grade sodium humate is a sodium humate from leonardite, produced as a feed raw material for ruminants, poultry and aquaculture where local regulations permit it. A fully soluble grade is available for drinking water.

Where it is used

  • Ruminants: in concentrate or TMR, used in practice to support faecal consistency and feed efficiency
  • Poultry: in feed or drinking water, used to support gut health and lower ammonia in housing
  • Aquaculture: in feed, and in ponds for water-quality management

FAQ

Is sodium humate approved as a feed additive?

Approval differs by country. Check your local feed rules before use; we supply the documents you need for registration.

Which grade for drinking water?

Use the fully soluble grade only. The standard feed grade can contain up to 25% water-insolubles and is for mixing into feed.
